Marble and travertine honed on site
On-site honing of marble or travertine has the advantage of having a perfectly flat floor without joints.
Natural Marble differs from that counterfeited by some ceramic industries in that it is possible to obtain a monolithic floor polished on site without joints with consequent greater hygiene, ease of maintenance and reworkability over time that allows it to be restored to new or change the surface finish.
The term marble in fact originates from the ancient Greek marmairon = “to shine” and identified among natural rocks only those that could be polished.
With modern technologies, different finishing solutions can be obtained by polishing on site: GLOSSY,POLISHED OPAQUE, SEMI-GLOSS, BRUSHED.
